The Subconscious Mind by Brainwave Binaural Systems has two tracks of 25 minutes each designed to deeply relax you and enhance your self-hypnosis experience. The first track is embedded with 10 Hz Alpha Isochronic Tones and the second track is embedded with 4.5 Hz Theta Isochronic Tones. Listen to the first one for a light relaxation or the entire album for a deeper relaxation and hypnotic effect.

Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed or while daydreaming. This state enhances the sharpness of visualization techniques, and also makes the mind more receptive to affirmations. Most people experience this state just after waking and right before sleep. Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deep relaxation, daydreaming and sleep. Theta is also known as a highly suggestible state, where affirmations and hypnosis are most effective.
