The Altered States Of Mind by Brainwave Binaural Systems has a set of drone-like sound embedded with Theta brainwave pulses. It was designed to help you achieve deep and receptive altered states of mind.

The altered states of consciousness include various mental states in which the mind can be aware but is not in its usual wakeful condition, such as during hypnosis, meditation, trance, and the dream stage.

A drone is a kind of sound where a note or chord is continuously sounded throughout most or all of a piece. It's continuous and sometime monotonous characteristic is great to keep you relaxed and focused without the distractions that music can cause. Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deep relaxation, daydreaming and sleep.
