The Undistrubed Master - Tones For A Settled Mind album by Brainwave Binaural Systems has two tracks designed to suppport your mood and relieve stress with drone-like sounds and brainwave stimulation. The first track is designed to help you relax and de-stress and is embedded with, Beta, Alpha and Theta Isochronic Tones with a slightly different frequency sent to each ear, creating a dissociative effect. The second track is also embedded with Beta, Alpha and Theta and was designed to boost your mood by reducing the activity in the right brain hemisphere, while increasing activity in the left brain, giving more control over to the logical brain and reducing irrational and overly emotional thought patterns.

A drone is a kind of sound where a note or chord is continuously sounded throughout most or all of a piece. It's continuous and sometime monotonous characteristic is great to keep you relaxed and focused without the distractions that music can cause.

The Beta brainwave state is associated with a heightened state of alertness and focused concentration. So individuals in this state are awake and alert. This is generally the mental state most people are in during the day. Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed or while daydreaming. Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deep relaxation, daydreaming and sleep.
